Your First Visit

You’ll spend a brief amount of time in our waiting room. You can enjoy a fresh cup of coffee while you wait, and your child will have the chance to play with our 3D printer. Then you’ll be taken back to our treatment area where one of our dentists will perform an examination and take X-rays of your mouth. Depending on what they find, they’ll put together a plan for further care, and they’ll make sure that you fully understand all your treatment options. We can provide a hot towel, an iPad with Netflix, and other accommodations to make your visit more comfortable.

Trying to complete dental paperwork while juggling a clipboard, a cell phone, and your insurance card is often a very stressful experience, especially when you also have a child to watch out for. To save you some time and trouble on your first day, our forms are available below for you to download and print. You can fill them out whenever you have a spare moment at home, allowing you to bring them to our office already completed so that you can speed through the check-in process.
